Development of feasibility studies (FSs) for the construction of any new (greenfield) thermal power plants or the expansion of any operating (brownfield) thermal power plants, renewable energy facilities, coal, gas, and petroleum refining facilities, and any other industrial facilities, including: FSs and bank FSs in accordance with the requirements of financial institutions and export credit agencies (ECAs)
Development and obtaining approval of project specific design code (PSDC) for technically complex EPC projects
Development and obtaining approval of design specifications and estimates at all stages (Environmental Supervision, GlavGosEkspertiza (General Board of State Expert Review), and any other Russian supervisory authorities)
Development and implementation of a project management system and monitoring of the implemented project management system (Project Management Body of Knowledge)
Preparation of procurement (tender) documentation and providing support during procurement (tender) procedures, including arrangements for liaison with potential contractors, selection of the most lucrative offer for the customer as well as providing support during pre-contract negotiations
Organisation and management of construction, installation commissioning work
